Valuation Reports

Formal valuation reports prepared by Prosper Property Valuations are issued solely for the purpose and client stated within each report, in accordance with the Australian Property Institute (API) Professional Practice Standards and ANZPGP 201 – Disclaimer Clauses and Qualification Statements. Valuations are current as at the date of inspection and assessment only. Market conditions are subject to change and no responsibility is accepted for losses or damages arising from reliance on a valuation report beyond its intended purpose or after its date of currency.

Third-Party Use

Valuation reports must not be relied upon by any party other than the named client without the prior written consent of Prosper Property Valuations. Any unauthorised use or reliance is entirely at the risk of the third party, and Prosper Property Valuations accepts no liability in such circumstances.

Professional Standards

All valuations are conducted by a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) and Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), in compliance with the API's Code of Professional Conduct. Prosper Property Valuations holds professional indemnity insurance as required under API membership obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prosper Property Valuations excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the use of, or reliance on, information or services provided through this website.
